Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean by hand with soap and warm water. Dry immediately.
Do not leave submerged.
DO NOT put in dishwasher.
DO NOT use bleach.
DO NOT place flat to dry.
Apply butcher block oil periodically. We recommend about once a month depending on use.
