Comes treated with food safe mineral oil for longer life and moisture wicking for easy cleanup.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean your board by hand with soap and warm water. Dry immediately.
Do not leave the board submerged.
DO NOT put in dishwasher.
DO NOT use bleach.
DO NOT place a wet board flat to dry.
Apply butcher block oil periodically. We recommend about once a month depending on use.
